Gary House
President, Premier Community Managers

Gary has been in the property management industry since 1994 in Central Florida. He is currently a licensed LCAM and has achieved the Certified Manager designation (CMCA) and is currently pursuing the Professional Manager designation (PCAM). Gary graduated from the University of North Carolina with a degree in Business Management, participated in the Business Honors Program and started Premier Community Managers in 2003. He is also a formerly licensed Florida State Certified Building Contractor and also held a real estate broker’s license in North Carolina.

Gary has been in leadership and managerial positions most of his working life and has been a resident of Orlando, Florida since 1978. Gary is a decorated US Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War and has served his community many years as a mentor, coach, umpire and volunteer to many social and civic organizations.

His interests are wide and varied to include domestic travel, golf, gardening, family outings, dancing and spoiling his grandchildren. Gary is married to Ellen and has a daughter who lives in New Jersey with her husband and 4 children.

Paula Butler
Director of Accounting & Office Manager

Paula was born in Mt. Vernon, Ohio, and was raised in Princeton, Maine. She has an older brother Franklyn and a younger sister Cecelia. Her daughter Holly lives in Hermon, Maine and Paula’s father lives in Waite, Maine.

Before moving to Florida in 1993, Paula worked for Georgia Pacific Corporation in the accounting department for 13 years.

In June of 1993 she moved to Florida and began working in the real estate/homeowners association industry as an accounting professional. After working solely in the accounting department she decided she needed to understand the workings of managing homeowners associations and in November 2003, she received her Community Association Management license from the State of Florida.

Besides her duties as a community association manager, Paula is the Office Manager and oversees the accounting personnel as well.

Jane Taylor
Administrative Support Manager

Jane was born in Marion, North Carolina and is a huge NASCAR fan. Her family moved to Florida in 1960 and she has one sister and three brothers. She also has one grandchild.

Jane started to work after being a homemaker for many years and went to Seminole Community College where she took numerous accounting courses. Following her schooling in 1995, she began working in residential property management as a bookkeeper and also has an administrator. In 2001, she took night classes and obtained her real estate license for Florida.

Jane is now the head administrator for Premier Community Managers and helps liaison the other departments to form a full-service support team for the property managers and for the communities who are Premier clients.

Betty Zonneville
Property Management Services Manager

Betty was born and raised in Syracuse, New York. She resided there until her marriage in 1970. Because of her husband’s job, for the next few years she lived in Elmira, New York, Wadsworth, Ohio, Birmingham, Alabama and finally in Orlando where she has lived since 1983.
Betty raised a daughter, Lori, who resides in Glenn Falls, New York and a son, Jeffrey, who resides in Berkley, Michigan. She has nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
After not working for 18 years, Betty went to work in 2001 for a homeowners association as administrator. Since that time, Betty has worked as a bookkeeper, administrative assistant, head administrator and now is the department head for the property management support department at Premier Community Managers.

Marcelino Diaz
Supervisor of Maintenance

Marcelino (Marci) was born in New Jersey and has one brother and one sister. He attended grammar and high school in New Jersey and after graduation trained in jet aviation where he served as a line technician for many years. He also received formal and on-the-job training in the various construction trades and worked in the construction industry for over 15 years. He is very skilled at plumbing, minor electrical, drywall, building, painting, pressure washing and masonry jobs. In addition, Marci was a supervisor for many of those 15 years on projects where apartments were converted to condominiums and hotel time share communities and then homeowner and condominium communities as well. He is an experienced supervisor of other technicians in related fields and has all the tools, equipment and the expertise to handle most building tasks.

Marci is married to Sonya and has 3 children. His hobbies include swimming, taking his family on outings and touring Central Florida attractions and parks.
